Sona Bat's Terms & Conditions — The right of members to know

1 General Terms

Welcome to the Sona Bat platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Sona Bat and all its users ("Members"). By using Sona Bat's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

Sona Bat is intended exclusively for adults who are legal residents of Bangladesh and reside in areas where online gaming is permitted by law. Any attempt to open an account by a minor or a legally ineligible person will be rejected immediately, and any funds deposited may be forfeited.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each individual may open one account only. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.

Sona Bat may request a national ID, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Sona Bat supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• The deposit and withdrawal methods must be the same.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, Sona Bat may place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

• Sona Bat is not liable for any game session terminated due to an internet connection failure.
